Meteorologists We currently have immediate openings for meteorologists at various levels. Successful candidates will be responsible for forecasting a variety of weather parameters and issuing alert statements for industrial and commercial clientele across North America. Each applicant should have at least a B.S. in Meteorology or a related field. Pending degrees are reviewed on an individual basis. Professional forecasting experience, a strong and positive work ethic, and working knowledge of Microsoft® dos, Windows® 98/2000/NT, and Microsoft Excel® is desirable. |

Computer Programmers WeatherBank distributes products via a continuous satellite signal, modem dial-up service and the Internet. These products include 2D and 3D high-resolution weather graphics and text products. The vast majority of the software written to date is in C++ and assembler. WeatherBank is expanding existing applications for its Internet, Windows and UNIX-based platforms. Candidates should possess a strong working knowledge of C, C++, Windows programming, HTML, etc. Successful candidates should also have experience in serial communications, TSR's, hardware systems, device interrupts, printer drivers and applications, LAN configurations, Windows, and GUI's. Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field; a minimum of 3 years commercial programming experience and a positive attitude. Knowledge of meteorology and/or atmospheric sciences is desirable. |

Marketing & Customer Service Representatives WeatherBank is always seeking experienced marketing and customer service professionals. Minimum requirements include a B.A. or B.S. in marketing or a related field. Priority consideration is given to those applicants with diverse commercial employment histories, experience with Microsoft® Windows®, Microsoft Office®, Adobe® Photoshop®, and DOS software, plus strong telephone skills. |
